Twenty-three-year-old, Kekho Thianmkho who is usually known by stage name K4 Kheko went viral recently for his song I Am an Indian. Sung partially in English and a vernacular unique to the north east state of Arunachal, the song addresses the racism and ignorance that the people of north east when they travel to ‘mainland’ India.
